Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Seattle

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 70s. Important: experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Requires help with bathing. Seeking someone to handle the preparation of 1 -2 meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
