About who needs care: Needs to be checked in on, and verification that medicine has been taken and basic assistance in her apartment. About the care needs: Mom is easy going. Needs someone kind, reliable and consistent. Needs to be comfortable with monitoring medication. I would like to work out a weekly care plan routine. Eg. Daily/morning medication administration, basic tidying up around apartment, review of food/meals, possibly assistance with groceries shopping once per week and occasional Dr. apptmt assistance. We have some flexibility to work out a solid care plan based on availability of caregiver. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
