Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Port Townsend

About who needs care: My brother is somewhat resistant to help but I am working on that. He is having body pain, hand pain that does not allow cooking as easily. He needs help cleaning up, organizing, making his bed. He could use some rides to the physical therapy, doctors' appointments, etc. About the care needs: My brother needs to be on a diabetes friendly diet. He needs more exercise like walking, light weights, stretching. A friendly person but one who is not overly talkative. Someone who could do some cooking and put some meals in the refrigerator for later. Someone who could drive him to doctors' appointments after 3:00 p.m. because he does not see well at night. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
