About who needs care: Christina is in 10th yr of Parkinson's and beginning dementia. She can maintain herself to a point. Cant cook, clean house, drive, shower alone. She can dress herself most times, exercise and light chores. Takes meds 4 times a day. Has muscle pain and due to being sedentary, she is out of shape and is a fall risk. She feed birds and squirrels, likes to do puzzles and color book games on cell and watch tv. Need weekend help usually 12 to 2 and if I need time off during the week. Weekend care would include companionship, easy lunch and ensure she's safe and does exercises. About the care needs: A knowledgeable, trained caregiver who is reliable to show up, offer happy motivation with her needs. Skills are centered around trained caregiving. No hobbies or interests required but could be nice to share with her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
