Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Olympia

My sisters and I are seeking hands-on care for our mother. We need help mainly on the weekends, 8:30am-10 p.m. Our 92-year-old mother is a vibrant, opinionated person who now has mobility issues due to an injury she suffered as a child. Her left leg cannot bend and after all these years it has become difficult for her to walk, use her arms, and do the things necessary to take care of herself. She has family close by, friends in the neighborhood, and several wonderful people helping her but we need someone else to join us to make sure she stays healthy and enjoys good quality of life. We are looking for someone who can help with daily tasks (such as getting in and out of bed, toileting, dressing, taking meds, preparing meals, walking and exercising) and who is kind, friendly, happy to chat, and happy to listen. Starting pay $20-25/hr.
