Companion Care Needed For Myself In Lynnwood

About who needs care: Bad back makes it difficult to stand in the kitchen for more than a few minutes. Likewise, walking to the mailbox is difficult. I would like someone in the house when I shower. It has been more than 2 years since I've fallen, but who knows. Help going to the grocery store, choosing produce, meat, etc. would be great. Possibly help going to Dr. appointments would be great. If someone could help moisturize my lower legs. and feet, plus clip my toenails, it would be great. About the care needs: I would prefer a woman. Women tend to be more empathetic than men. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
