Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother And Learning Disabled Adult Son In Kennewick

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Kennewick. My mother is 91 and may need assistance to and from the bathroom during the day. Meal preparation for lunch would be needed. My 36 disabled son, is the sweetest boy. He is at a developmental stage of a 1-year-old and size of a small man. He will need diaper assistance and feeding through a feeding tube. The biggest part of the job is companionship and oversight. Please have experience assisting with feeding. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
