Senior Care For High Functioning Adult

Hey! I am going to be out of town this next week. I need care for my grandpa the 7th-10th from 8am-2 p.m. My grandpa just needs to be woken and told to shower, given clothes, the bathroom picked up after he's done, then made breakfast and lunch for and given his meds. I also have dogs that would need to be let out and that's all my husband would feed them in the AM before he leaves for work. My grandpa doesn't need help dressing or showering just to given his clothes and meds is all and made food as well. Id have a written out instructions and info so it'd be very clear.
