Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Everett

About who needs care: My sister Pat is in desperate need with personal hygiene and dressing. She is currently in cancer remission and in need with getting to and from bed to bathroom and help with getting to the dining room. She currently resides in South Everett with her husband who has cardiac and respiratory issues and has difficulty helping her. Pat is 80 years old, and is a tiny 98 lbs, 4'7" and is Filipino American. Husband is American from Midwest. Pat currently is unable to pursue her hobbies and watches TV most of the day; Pat and John have very little interaction during the day and evening except when he brings her meager meals in to her room. Pat stays in her bedroom all day, except to go to any Dr appts; John is in the TV room most of the day. About the care needs: A gentle, compassionate, strong person would be a good fit, and someone who is cheerful. Any ethnicity or culture would be acceptable and a Filipina helper would be a true bonus. Someone experienced with helping cancer and elderly patients would be ideal. Some computer/iPhone technical background and experience would also be helpful. Must be able to drive herself. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
