About who needs care: My husband is 64, has Parkinsons, diagnosed at 57, symptoms started in late 40s-but not diagnosed. Does Medicare cover caregivers? Hw is active and healthy now. He had the DBS so doesnt shake anymore! However, I am being proactive, since we dont bave long term care and want to know how much, if insurance covers the cost? I am also thinking about getting my caregivers license, so when the time comes, I can be his caregiver and get paid. (Since I will have to quit my part time job to take care of him). I am 70, 6 years older, so will need help! About the care needs: I am just thinking if the future. I would want a make that could bathe him. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
