Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Bremerton

About who needs care: My 45 yr old brother had stroke and is paralyzed on left side. He now resides with me and I am his primary caregiver but he is refusing assistance from my husband or I with showering and/or utilizing disposable body wipes. It has become intolerable. We had a disability shower installed specifically for him (we converted our garage for his room). He had home health for a wound initially when he came here, that included a shower aide twice a week. He had a simple easy routine where he was able to get himself in the shower and with minimal help able to get back to his wheelchair. He did well with her. We are looking for someone who would be interested in this position long term. We are extremely flexible, pretty much anytime during the day - say 9-5 works and any day of the week works just asking for 3-4 days in between. If we set up Mon & Thurs and one week one of those days conflicts, no biggie... we can do a different day. We are extremely flexible there, About the care needs: My brother is 45 and even before his stroke he was pretty much an introvert. Asides from his job, he'd was a homebody and spent the majority of his time playing video games. Used to get together weekly with friends from high school and play Dungeons & Dragons. And my brother is the biggest cinefile (movie buff) ever. If you ever want to know different movie trivia he's your person, lol Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
