Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bellingham

About who needs care: my mom is 88yrs old. She is mobile but her balance is poor so she uses a walker outside the home. She's currently dealing with pain in her hands so chopping and prepping veggies is difficult. She also has a lot of food (frozen, canned packaged) that she could use help in ideas of what to cook. She is a sweet person, loves cats. She's starting to show some cognitive decline, but still very smart and capable unless she's tired. About the care needs: I would love someone who can help her shower. Again she's mobile so it would just be shampooing her hair, lightly assisting her in and out of her walk in shower... she has a chair. Same or different person to help with cooking and small easy things an able bodied person can do. She loves loves to talk.. about cats, family, she's not into politics but she likes a good drama or fun stories about family and traveling etc... Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
