About who needs care: I am a 66-year-old man with MS (multiple sclerosis) who needs help in the mornings three times a week for six hours. The days could be M, W, F or TU, TH, SA, at your choice. I need help with transfers in and out of bed, toileting, showering, and feeding. I need someone with a drivers license so they could drive me around in my handicap van. We have an electric Hoyer lift so that would be no heavy lifting necessary. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
