Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Swanton

I'm looking for hands-on care for my 68 yo father who has been diagnosed with dementia. He currently is stage 5 and transitioning. You would work in conjunction with our current caregiver to provided needed daily care and maintain home. General schedule is up to 4 hours in mornings (between 10-2) to provide breakfast/lunch and up to 2 hours at night (between 4-6m), 7-days a week - especially weekends and holidays. Assistance with medication, personal care, household is needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets (2 sweet cats), CPR / first-aid trained and experienced with dementia.
