About who needs care: Has Parkinson's, lives in assisted living facility. Needs visits, errands, possibly occasional transportation. About the care needs: Someone kind and outgoing. Able to interact well with someone who has difficulty talking. Able to manage likely initial resistance to anyone but daughter providing support. He loves history and previously read a lot, but that's more difficult because of vision issues. Schedule would mostly be flexible. Could combine with supports for his wife, who lives independently but needs transportation, errands, etc. after surgery. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
