About who needs care: Mild dementia, uses walker, has severe skin dermatitis, needs lotion applied several times a day. Uses nebulizer daily. Confined to house. Needs help with getting dressed, etc. About the care needs: Kind, patient, Christian values, willing to watch Fox TV news, Family shows, cooking shows and religious programming. Need to walk with her every time she walks as well as when she goes to the bathroom. If mom has a bowel movement the caregiver needs to turn on the bidet for her. She won't remember and doesn't know how. Must be able to administer pills and know how to use a nebulizer. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
