Hands-on Care And Transport For My Elderly Parents In My Home During The Day

I need a hands-on care provider to help care for both of my parents during the day while I'm at work: Dad (80) is recovering from 1 hip replacement and waiting on another end of Jan; Mom (79) has stage 4 colon cancer and is on full time oxygen - both need transportation to DR/PT appointments, both need medication prompting. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with showering and bathroom needs for my Mother. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with small dogs, covid-vaccinated, and CPR / first-aid trained. Note my adult sister is also in the home.
