About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my parents in the Red Mill / Ocean Lakes area of Virginia Beach. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We'll need you to take them on errands when appropriate, ex: grocery shopping, hair cuts, doctor's appointments, rec center. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. There is a morning (10am-2pm) and an evening shift (7pm- 10pm). You may take all 7 hours, or select the morning or evening hours. We are flexible.
