Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Sterling

About who needs care: We are looking for part-time home care for my father-in-law (Richard) in the Sterling / Ashburn area. He is recently paralyzed, and is undergoing cancer treatment, but is otherwise healthy. He needs at minimum assistance with bathing a few times a week. His wife (Karen) can handle many of the other tasks that he needs help with (turning in bed, changing, and transferring to his wheelchair), but we are also looking for an agency that can provide ad-hoc help as needed (e. g., when his wife is busy or out of town). We are looking with someone who is comfortable with paralysis and OK with dogs (they have a very friendly golden retriever). Richard likes to get to know his caregivers as well, so he would prefer someone who is friendly as well. Happy to answer additional questions.
