About who needs care: My father has dementia and is mostly deaf. I am looking to find someone to relieve my mother. She needs a break from time to time. Days could vary. About the care needs: Someone kind and just willing to sit with him while my mother goes to lunch with a friend or to get her hair done, etc. No skills needed except for the challenge of hearing impairment. He does have a cochlear implant but still has difficulty hearing.. with dementia no hobbies or interests. Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
