About who needs care: She is a deaf/hard of hearing person about to be 60 later in December. Type 2 diabetic, neuropathy and depression are the main underlying conditions she has. Memory is starting to be impaired. She loves movies, animals, football (ravens fan) Currently works early 5-6 hr shifts where her personal day begins anywhere from 11a-1/2p. She spends most of her time sleeping or vegging out. An ideal day is not something ive seen her have. About the care needs: Kind, patient, understanding that the emotional maturity and communication is dodgy. ASL knowledge would really be ideal so she speaks in her most comfortable language Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
