About the job
Everyone who works with my dad loves him. He is easy going and has a dry sense of humor. He has very mild dementia and has had 3 bone breaking falls but he gets around very well. We are looking for someone to help him manage his day to day activities, inspire him and encourage healthy eating and behavior. Candidate will work with me (the daughter) to coordinate doctor appointments, order groceries, supplies and maintain the house. The job is mostly breakfast and lunch, laundry and keeping the house tidy and keeping him active and having a good time. I have 7 shifts. Ideally I would have one person 5 days a week and one person 2 but at this point I am open to any combination but the candidate MUST work at least 1 weekend day and be consistent. I will also ask that the candidate provide a clean hard drug test and a background check.
