$200 For Each Cleaning Of My Bedridden Father's Bowel Movement

My father is bedridden (and wears adult diapers and has incontinence sheets under him) . I am looking for someone to clean him after he does a bowel movement in the bed. He does one bowel movement on average every 4 days. Will pay for each cleaning $200. Ideally, if bowel movement is during the day, then the caregiver will be able to come clean him up within 4 hours of giving notice that he had a bowel movement. If it is a night time bowel movement, then the caregiver will come in the morning to clean him. I have been taking care of my dad for several years and would like to go on vacation for 2-3 weeks and need someone during my being away to clean him. I have an aunt who will be staying during that time with my father, but she is not willing to clean him after a bowel movement.
