About who needs care: My mother takes care of herself well and is a private person, but she needs more human contact. I would like an English-speaking person who would ask if she needs anything done, talk with her about the news of the day, and maybe take her to the grocery store. Beyond that, the caretaker could bring a book and just hang out on her own. About the care needs: In addition to my previous notes, the caretaker is ideally familiar with an iPhone and iPad to help my Mom with a few basic things now and then. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
