Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Haymarket

I am having shoulder surgery next week and will be in need of some helping hands around the house. Laundry, light house cleaning, grocery store (I will need to get out of the house!!), and potential transportation to physical therapy appointments. We need hands-on care to take care of myself in Haymarket. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We might ask you to run errands now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
