Seeking Full-time Senior (in Hospice) Care Provider In Great Falls, VA

I need a senior care provider. Ideally would like someone who can live in the home. This patient: easy going, kind & pleasant 77yo male on hospice, weeks-months life expectancy. Mentally sharp patient, physically weak and needs help ambulating to and from bed, toilet and bath. Sleeps around 8:30/9pm, wakes roughly 12hrs later. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting (with proper body mechanics, patient can help with ambulating), Meal Preparation, Companionship. Important - managing & administering basic medication (list/instructions provided) is required. Some tidying up is involved. Family is local and is accessible for help but needs someone full time in the home to watch for falls and provide general daily + end of life care. Part time OK.
