About who needs care: Congestive heart failure, patient, elderly male, on home 02, has been very independent with his 89-year-old wife but week hospitalization and CHF left him weak, and a bit unstable with balance walking in the middle of night to go urinate. 89-year-old wife, cannot stay up all night with him when he hast to get up and go to bed. Need somebody to make sure he doesnt , cannot stay up all night with him when he hast to get up and go to bed. Need somebody to make sure he doesnt fall make sure someones with him when he does get up, needs to keep his O2 nasal can in place, help with night needs Usually gets up 2 times Probably need 11 p.m. -7:00 a.m. About the care needs: Happy, gentle, speaks English well (since he is hard of hearing) Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
