Male patient , 79, who is bed bound & has dementia. He is slightly verbal but mostly sleeps. Receives intermittent care throughout the week but looking for someone to come during other times to help with feeding, changing, bed baths and other similar needs (i. e., re-positioning him to prevent bed sores). His transition to being in the bed full-time is recent so his needs could change. Ideally, the job would be in two hour increments maybe twice a day, as needed, so a flexible schedule is required for the first few weeks while we figure out a more consistent schedule with the current full-time caregiver. There may be light household items (as needed), such as folding clothes, or watching him while errands are run. Looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the tasks required, is on time, friendly and patient. Thank you.
