Hello! We are looking for an overnight "companion" for my 95-year-old mother. She was recently released from the hospital for suspected pneumonia. She lives in her own two-bedroom "in-law apartment" in our home. She will mostly be sleeping, but needs help walking to her bathroom chair, or between rooms, as needed. She is currently on oxygen and the "portable" machine is too heavy for her maneuver safely. She also has some anxiety and doesn't feel comfortable being alone right now for any length of time. She is extremely sweet, gentle, and considerate, non-demanding. We prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable being around a friendly cat who lives in the house. Our preferred hours are 5 p.m. - 7 a.m. every night, but we are flexible. Initially the period will be two weeks, and could possibly be extended beyond that. Thank you!
