Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Fredericksburg

About who needs care: My mom had taken a fall in November, went to the Hospital for a week, then spent a month in a skilled nursing facility. Before I seemed to catch her memory slipping. My dad was a bit in denial. She is back home and refuses to get out of her chair even to go to the bathroom with walker. She is refusing to take showers and has become too much for my father as I work. My dad will need help during the day to change her and bath her until I get home from work. About the care needs: Some one who is friendly , yet strong. Does well will older people, as my dad is very sad and sometimes tends to wanna talk as my mom has given up. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
