About who needs care: Care would be for Father and Step-Mom. She started using a walker and is unstable. He has lost a lot of strength in arms and doesn't walk well. A hot meal would be wonderful, they order groceries from Wal-Mart. My sister and I live in Kent Ohio and are trying get a plan in order.
