Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Falls

I need an experienced companion care provider for my mother who is in her 90s and has slight dementia/short-term memory. Duties include providing companionship, meal preparation, and assistance in 'remembering what to do next'. Duties include transportation/drop-off . Preferences for a caregiver who is kind, patient, a non-smoker, and has own reliable transportation.
