About who needs care: Betty broke her hip in Dec. and fall and broke her elbow bone that attaches to a bone in lower arm. It is out of a cask, but is doing exercises from the PT. She has dementia and trying to crochet and sing. In the evening she gets sundowners. About the care needs: Need to know how to bath, bathroom dutys, To help take out trash . Some house cleaning and fixing food for Betty. Doing laundry . Light housekeeping. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
