Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Chesapeake

About who needs care: She has stage 4 kidney failure, has mobility issues and is a diabetic. About the care needs: We are looking for someone to get her up in the morning, feed her and take her to dialysis on MWF. On TT we are looking for someone to be with her through out the day while I'm at work. This person should be able to get her in and out of bed , assit in getting her meals , help her in changing her self and help wash her when needed. She has been in and out of rehabs for the last year and we are trying to get her back to being able to do a lot of this on her own. So we are looking for someone that will assist her with strengthening exercises. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
