Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Chesapeake

About who needs care: Stroke victim, wheelchair bound. She sleeps most of the day, but I want her to be more active. My stepdad is her normal caregiver, but he just sort of lets her sit and not do anything all day. I have to look after mo. mom when he goes to CA for a wedding and I am NOT a nurse. I'll need someone to bathe her, do normal care and help her exercise, each day. About the care needs: A woman, preferably. My mom probably isn't going to be happy with me bringing a stranger into the house, to care for her, but I've tried caring for her by myself in the past and I was miserable. I can't do it. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
