About the job
About who needs care: Early stages of dementia. The patient walks and gets around just fine, no wheelchair or cane. We need help in the daytime to be be a sitter/caregiver,/companion. She is in her own home and we have other caregivers for other days. Her husband who is in his 90s is also at the house but has his own caregivers. About the care needs: Someone who is kind and caring and with lots of patience. Not a bossy person. Someone with experience with beginning dementia. We need someone who knows how to redirect the patient when they have their mind stuck on an idea or task,
