I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Transportation. We ask that you handle transportation for a procedure from the Route N29 area near the Airport in 22911 to Sentara MJH 500 Martha Jefferson Dr., 22911 to arrive by 10:45 a.m. and back around 2:30 p.m. The driver will need to be confirmed, in person, at hospital registration. They may leave briefly (no more than 15 minutes away) but must be reachable by cell phone and return to the office no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled procedure time (estimated at 1-1/2 to 2 hours). Return back home should be at around 2:30 p.m.
