Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Personal Care Aide to provide weekend care for two elderly individuals in a private home setting. Both clients are wheelchair-bound and require full assistance with daily living activities. One client is living with Alzheimer's, so patience, understanding, and familiarity with memory care are essential. Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide toilet assistance and incontinence care Assist with safe mobility and transfers to/from wheelchair Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs Offer companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean and safe environment Follow care plans and communicate updates as needed to family members or supervising staff
