About who needs care: Memory and word-finding issues. Can dress himself; but will need assistance with night brief change. Uses a walker/rollator; but needs someone close by to monitor balance. Nice gentleman; but will need to build trust in order to feel comfortable. Follows the Mayo Clinic Diet; meals will already be mostly prepared with only assembly or/and minimal cooking required. About the care needs: Calm and quiet speaking personality; he is not hard of hearing. Look at him and speak clearly so he can understand. Be respectful and don't try to push him too hard to do anything. Listen and interact with his conversations. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
