I'm looking for hands-on care for myself in my 50s. Help with bathing, dressing, but no lifting required. Under 5 feet tall, 95 pounds. I am a 50-year-old wheelchair user as a result of cerebral palsy (from birth). Thankfully, my disability is not progressive and I have been able to live alone and independently throughout my adult life. But, age is beginning to take its toll and it is taking me A LOT of time, effort and energy to shower and get ready in the morning. I would like to speed up the process and conserve my energy. So, I am looking for assistance, particularly on the days that I got into my office in DC which is generally Tuesday and Thursday. The time (8-9 am) should be consistent -- there could be some variation in the days, but advanced notice would be given.
