Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Alexandria

I recently broke my arm and need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). I would like a helper for a few hours a day or week and chores, etc are difficult with only one arm. I live in a condo in a nice park area in Alexandria and would like a companion to walk with me.
