Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Alexandria

About who needs care: Stella enjoys playing bingo, word searches and would like interactive activities. She likes to watch the Food Network and Judge Judy. She uses a rollator to move about and is fairly independent; however, I make her food and help her with bathing and dressing. She likes to be in her PJs unless going out. She likes to listen to Christmas music and Polka music. She is a late riser - 10 a.m. and can stay up rather late in the evening. She does not want company but it would provide me with peace of mind and I have work travel scheduled in 2025 where I could use some help. About the care needs: My ideal candidate is someone who will: - be respectful - engage with my mother and do activities with her - watch her for safety - not be on their cell phone or with ear buds on while on duty - not be smoking on my balcony while being paid to watch her - clean the toilet if needed and make sure she is clean - intervene if there is a medical emergency or call 9-1-1 if needed Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
