Seeking Assistance Post Hip Surgery In Alexandria

I am a 40-year-old female undergoing my 2nd hip surgery and my husband will be out of town for 3 weeks. I am seeking someone to assist me with some light housekeeping (bedding changes and trash once a week, laundry, dishes, etc.), minimal mobility concerns (maybe just holding my crutches if I need to make it from one floor to the next in my town home), helping with some meal prep, possibly an errand such as groceries, cleaning up the backyard every other day (dogs), and walking the dogs once a day. I have two very friendly dogs at home with me, so, must love dogs (because they love everyone).
