Recruitment Our vetting process quantifies a Caregiver's motivational fit, integrity, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and positive attitude to determine whether a Caregiver is the right fit for our high-performing team, as well as, which Client personalities best match their disposition. Flexibility We enable our Caregivers to work in part-time or full-time capacities - whatever suits their schedules. Training We believe exceptional Caregivers are always learning. We provide opportunities for Caregivers to advance their education within a proprietary training program that enables our Trove team to tailor every Caregiver's curriculum to the needs of our Clients in real-time. Experience, Education, Training Trove Caregivers support clients in their homes and assist them with their day-to-day lifestyle. Whether a client requires basic companionship, or other types of non-medical personal care, our team of exceptional Caregivers are to meet their needs. Each Trove caregiver provides help with companion activities that may be required in a client's home, including: Transportation Medication reminders Meal prep and cooking Light homemaking/cleaning Certified Nurse Aides (CNA), and some Personal Care Aides with adequate training, can provide "personal care" services, including: Dressing/Grooming/Personal Hygiene Feeding Ambulation Bathing Transferring Toileting/Incontinence Basic Expectations Communicate with Trove's scheduling team to update your availability. Collaborate with teammates at Trove (i.e. Director of Nursing, Care Managers, other caregivers, etc.) to ensure the best interests of the client are met. Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's plan of care prior to each shift. Update care notes for your client via your phone or mobile device after each shift.
