Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Saratoga Springs

About who needs care: My mom needs help mostly with laundry, dishes, household chores. About the care needs: My mom is very independent and has a walker. It is difficult for her to spend time doing things that require an extended time standing and/or lifting. She used to spend much of her time in the kitchen cooking, but is unable to so that very much now. I live in the basement and work full time. I would like someone to come over 1 day a week for a few hours and get some of her house chores done. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
