Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Salt Lake City

I am a 35-year-old male in the Murray area with spina bifida and use a wheelchair. I am looking for someone who can help with some basic care/medical needs each day and showers once or twice per month on Saturdays. Services needed include: -Drain suprapubic catheter bag from the night -Wash off private areas -Check skin for pressure sore problems -Put clean brief on (rarely soiled with stool, just urine) -Put pants on -Attach suprapubic catheter to clean bag -Minor help transferring from bed into wheelchair -Put shoes on.
