Seeking Senior Care Provider In Salt Lake City

I need care provider to accompany me to a medical procedure. On February 18, I am getting a cataract surgery in one eye. This is a minor surgery, but since it requires I be sedated, I need assistance in these ways: 1. Meet me outside my downtown apartment sometime early that morning 2. take a 5 min Uber with me to the hospital 3. Hang out in the waiting room for 3-4 hours while the procedure is done 4. Write down any post-operative instructions and sign me out 5. Uber with me back to the apartment & make sure I get into the lobby The job should be 5 hours total, but it could start as early as 6 a.m. or go as late as 3pm, I won't know until the day before. I'll pay double-time for 6am-8am, if required. Please consider any potential obligations that could arise last minute (like a child who comes down with an illness, car trouble, etc.).
