We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Saint George. He suffered a stroke a couple years ago and has lost the use of his left side. You won't need to live in, but he will need assistance getting in/out of bed morning/evening. Family lives nearby if assistance is needed. If you've had training on transfers, that's a huge bonus. I have his full schedule for interested applicants. He will also need help using the restroom. He can communicate, but in small whispers. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
