Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Orem

I am looking for part time care for my mother, who has Alzhiemers. It is usually just a 4 hour shift, 4 days per week. The times differ based on my work schedule. She needs assistance eating, and sometimes changing her. She is mostly wheelchair bound. She can walk, but is very unsteady on her feet. She has broken her hip once and pelvis twice from falling. I take care of showering her.
