About who needs care: Just finished PT & WOUND CARE with Enhabit, decertified. Used Applegate about 3 years ago for PT with Kevin. Have fallen 3 times in past month. Use an up-walker. Was able to walk 1-2 miles per day. Need ongoing PT for degenerative disk disease & scoliosis. Also need wound care for pressure sore on back. Need as soon as possible. Bandage came off. 78 years old, several underlying health issues: managed with medication. Patient with Southwest SPINE and Pain, Casey Muir. Regular epidurals, one RFA, about 6 months ago. Can't use care on Wed. Pretty much other times, afternoons. About the care needs: Liked, and had good results with Kevin, if available. Prefer male physical therapist. Percussive managed helped a lot. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
